INFORMATION PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Pursuant to Art. 13 and 14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on The Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) and § 19 and § 20 of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and on amendments to certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) of Art. 13 and 14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”).

The purpose of this information is to inform you about what personal data we collect about you, how we treat that data, what we use the data for, who the data can be provided to, where you can obtain information about your personal data and your rights with regard to the processing of your personal data.

1. Purposes of personal data processing and legal basis of processing (each point is assessed separately).

The purpose of personal data processing is:

a) The provision of a service – Educational course. The service is provided for the purpose of invoicing the affected persons – clients during the implementation and performance of pre-contractual and
contractual relations according to § 13 Sec. 1 letter b).

b) By providing consent of the affected person – the client, to publish photo and/or video material for possible promotional purposes (web, printed
materials) in accordance with § 13 Sec. 1 letter a).

c) Sending information about upcoming news and events of the operator – direct marketing. As the operator has provided a service or delivered goods to the affected person and is interested in further informing these persons about its products and the planned events within its marketing activities.

Legitimate interests of the operator or third party

Personal data processing for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the operator shall be conducted in accordance with point (c) of this instruction. Marketing materials are sent to the affected persons in accordance with point no. 47 of the preamble to the GDPR Regulation. The affected person may object to the sending of marketing materials and the operator may no longer subsequently send such materials to the affected person.

a) For the purpose of providing the service – Educational course – personal data are processed to the extent: name and surname of the affected person, birth number; name and surname of the legal representative, street, city, zip code, contact phone, e-mail

b) Publication of photo and video material for promotional purposes, where applicable: Photo and video material depicting the face and activity of the affected person.

c) Direct marketing: Name and surname, email address.

The operator may provide personal data to authorized entities such as institutions and organizations authorized by special legislation or to contractual partners (in particular intermediaries) who have contractually undertaken to take appropriate safeguards to preserve the protection of the personal data processed, as follows:

4. Transfer of personal data to a third country / international organization
Transfer to third countries or international organizations are not carried out.

5. Identification of the source from which the personal data were obtained
Personal data of the affected person were obtained from: directly from the affected person or his/her legal representative (in person, by e-mail, by phone, via the operator’s website).

6. Period for storage of personal data
The operator processes personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose, but not more than 5 years (except for data necessary for archiving for tax purposes, where the retention period is 10 years resulting from legal obligations).

7. Profiling
The operator does not process personal data by profiling or in a similar way based on automated individual decision-making.

8. Rights of the affected person
The affected person has the right to request access to the personal data processed about him/her from the operator, has the right to rectify personal data, the right to erase or restrict the processing of personal data, the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to the ineffectiveness of automated individual decision-making, including profiling, the right to the transfer of personal data, as well as the right to file a motion to initiate proceedings with the supervisory authority. If the operator processes personal data based on the consent of the affected person, the affected person has the right to withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on the consent before its withdrawal. The affected person can exercise his/her rights by sending an e-mail to the address of the operator mentioned above, or in writing to the above address of the operator.

9. Obligation to provide personal data
Provision of personal data in cases under point a) is a legal/ contractual requirement or requirement that is necessary for the conclusion of a contract. The affected person is obliged to provide personal data, in case of his/her failure to provide them, the operator is not obliged to ensure the performance of the service – Educational course. The provision of personal data in cases under point b) is voluntary and the consent granted may be revoked at any time. The affected person may object to the personal data provided at any time pursuant to point c).
