Výročie je vždy dôvodom na oslavu, zvlášť keď ide o 30 rokov úspešnej činnosti Berlitz na Slovensku. Pre našu jazykovú školu je to nielen príležitosť na spomínanie, ale aj na poďakovanie všetkým, ktorí nám počas tohto obdobia pomohli a pomáhajú dosiahnuť naše ciele.
Na prvom mieste sú určite lektori, ktorí sú neodmysliteľnou súčasťou nášho tímu. Ďakujeme im za ich oddanosť, nadšenie a profesionalizmus.

V Berlitz som už 22 rokov. Preto niekedy dostávam otázku, či to nie je príliš dlho, či táto práca nie je monotónna a či sa nenudím. Moja odpoveď je vždy rovnaká: nie, vôbec nie. A na vysvetlenie vždy doplním: všetci klienti/študenti sú rôzni. Jeden je starší, druhý je mladší. Jeden je riaditeľ, druhý je zamestnanec. Jeden je študent, druhý je žiak. Sú to ženy, dievčatá, muži, chlapci. Každá študentka alebo každý študent je však jedinečná alebo jedinečný a vyžaduje si osobitný prístup. A práve preto ma táto práca baví rovnako ako pred 22 rokmi. Nie je to iba práca pedagóga, ale aj práca s ľuďmi po všetkých stránkach. A navyše, ako bonus: pracujem so skvelými kolegami/priateľmi, z ktorých to niektorí so mnou „ťahajú“ rovnako dlho alebo ešte dlhšie ako ja a s ktorými som v práci, ale aj mimo nej, strávil mnoho krásnych chvíľ…
Takže, vivat Berlitz, aspoň ďalších 30 rokov!

I can hardly believe that I have been with Berlitz Bratislava for 8 years. Time has flown by. From the very beginning I have felt very comfortable in the extremely friendly and at the same time professional atmosphere.
I love dealing with a wide variety of people, be its differences in age, profession, or background.
It is so enriching and I always learn something new with every new student. What I like best about working with the Berlitz team is the great flexibility and absolute focus on the needs of the students, which makes it easy for us teachers to support them in achieving their language goals.
No wonder that Berlitz Bratislava has been around for 30 years! I congratulate you all and look forward to the next few years together!

Chcel by som Berlitzu srdečne zablahoželať k 30. výročiu pôsobenia na Slovensku a k úspešnej ceste, ktorú za tú dobu prešiel 😊Teším sa, že mám možnosť byť už viac ako tretinu tohto obdobia súčasťou teamu, vďaka ktorému mnoho študentov dosiahlo svoje ciele a objavilo možnosti, ktoré im cudzie jazyky prinášajú. Dosiahnuť spomínané sa podarilo najmä vďaka profesionálnemu a ľudskému prístupu, ktorý je Berlitzu vlastný. Verím, že aj v nasledujúcom období sa bude Berlitz tešiť minimálne takému úspechu ako za uplynulé dekády.

- wie wir den Einsatz kreativer Ideen im Unterricht unterstützen,
- wie wir alle motiviert sind, dem Lernenden das Beste zu geben und an seine Bedürfnisse eingehen,
- Freiheit bei der Wahl der Stundenform (ob viertuell oder in Präsenz),
- systhematische Qaulitätskontrollen der Lehrenden,

Für meine Lernenden bin ich eher eine Begleitende ihres Lernprozesses. Die klassische Lehrerrollen, die oft als autoritär galten, sind überleben. Berlitz steht diesem Unterrichtsansatz offen und heißt ihn willkommen. Ich fühle mich daher frei und bin dadurch regelrecht kreativ in meinen Stunden. Und das fühlen die Lernenden und kommen gern zum Unterricht.
Berlitz ist für mich: wenn die Professionalität der Sprachleidenschaft begegnet. Ich arbeite hier sehr gern.

I’ve been with Berlitz for 16 long years and it feels like yesterday when I joined the club :} One of the things I have always appreciated about Berlitz is the great flexibility, independence and professionalism offered to tutors and their clients.As a teacher, I made the most of it and have gone to discover new countries, have met new people and have taught for various schools. Since 1 March 2018 I have the luck to work as lektor for a marvellous and well structured company like Berlitz. After 6 years, and over 5000 teaching hours, I can confirm that this was the best decision of my life. I like particulary the learning cycle method, it Works! While work undoubtedly holds significant importance in our lives, it is the individuals we encounter who sculpt our character, and the nurturing support and affection we receive propel us towards the realisation of our true purpose. Looking back, If I could share some final words of advice with that kid nervously heading into his Berlitz interview 16 years ago, fearing he might fail, I’d give him a playful wink and say: “Hey, relax, just be yourself and you’re in for a treat!”

Naša spolupráca s Berlitz začala, keď sa na Slovensku rozbiehal a trvá s malou prestávkou dodnes. A keďže sa jedná o tridsiate výročie, rád by som sa pri ňom zviezol a tváril sa ako tridsaťročný tiež. Jednoducho s Berlitz človek mladne:-) Som rád, že som mohol stráviť dlhé roky zaujímavej spolupráce práve tu. Taktiež si cením, že som tu stretol vynikajúcich ľudí, s ktorými mám vzťahy, ktoré sú viac, ako len tie bežné pracovné.

Je neskutočné, ako ten čas letí. Ja som sa už akosi prekĺzla do dôchodku a nie a nie v ňom ostať. Musím priznať, že ma táto práca veľmi baví, nikdy som lepšiu nemala. Tá sloboda a manažovanie si voľného, či pracovného času, je na nezaplatenie. Teraz trošku zavtipkujem, ja hovorím, že keď ráno otvorím oči, už som v práci. A ak sa rozhodnem, môžem učiť aj zo severného pólu, pokiaľ tam je internet alebo z lietadla, ak práve niekam letím. Úžasná sloboda bez strachu, zo straty kontaktu s manažmentom, či rozvrhárkou. Nájdu si ma všade 😉😂 Prakticky máme kontakt s celým svetom a aj medzi sebou, hoci sa nevidíme osobne tak často, ako by sme si želali. Je medzi nami zvláštne a dosť silné puto a to je úžasné.

S jazykovou školou Berlitz spolupracujem už tri roky. S príchodom nového roka som s veľkým entuziazmom vstúpila aj do roka štvrtého. Od samého začiatku našej spolupráce mi bola ponúknutá veľká profesionalita spojená s ústretovosťou, ktorá sa odzrkadlovala v každodennej komunikácii. Práve komunikácia zohrávala a aj naďalej zohráva veľmi dôležitú úlohu v našej spolupráci. Pri začatí všetkých typov kurzov počas ich trvania až po záver, bola zabezpečená nepretržitá profesionálna podpora navyše, sprevádzaná ľudským a prívetivým prístupom celého Berlitz tímu. Riešenia akýchkoľvek problémov sa vždy stretli s porozumením zo strany kolegov a kolegýň čím sme si vytvorili veľmi príjemný pracovný ale aj priateľský vzťah. Svoju prácu v jazykovej škole mám veľmi rada a cením si každú ponúknutú príležitosť s ktorou som sa počas môjho pôsobenia stretla. Veľmi rada by som v spolupráci pokračovala nakoľko mi Jazyková škola Berlitz ponúka nielen profesionálny rozvoj, ale aj čas strávený v príjemnom kolektíve.
